Deodorizing System

Since 2011, our company has collaborated with our superior design institute to integrate and improve cutting-edge technologies and equipment worldwide. Targeting major pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, mercaptans, and various malodors, we have developed an optimized combination of technologies including high-temperature oxidation, photocatalytic cracking, chemical decomposition, biodecomposition, and residual odor adsorption. This combination can address most odors that are unacceptable to people, achieving a deodorization efficiency of up to 99.6% or higher, significantly surpassing the national Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants (GB14554-93) issued in 1993 and enabling highly efficient removal.

Features

1. The equipment has strong adaptability and can adapt to high concentration, large volume, deodorization and purification of different malodorous gas substances. It can work continuously and stably 24 hours a day.

2. Low operating cost, no high-power equipment, no noise, no need for special management and frequent daily maintenance, only regular inspections.

3. Malodorous gas does not require special pretreatment, such as heating and humidification. The equipment can work normally at an ambient temperature between -30℃ and 95℃, a humidity of 30%-98%, and a pH value of 2-13.

4. The equipment occupies a small area and has a light weight. It is suitable for special conditions such as compact layout and small site, and can handle up to 160,000m3/h of air volume.

Note: Due to the huge difference in odor volume and composition, the optimal treatment plan is combined after sampling and analyzing the composition.
