Three-dimensional Elastic Filler

The filler selects several high-quality materials with corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and aging resistance from polyolefins and polyamides,

mixes with hydrophilic, adsorbent, anti-thermal and anti-oxidant additives, adopts special wire drawing and wire wool making technology,

interweaves the wires and fixes them on the corrosion-resistant and high-strength central rope. Due to the excellent material selection and process formula, moderate rigidity and flexibility,

the wires are arranged in a three-dimensional and uniform radiation state, and the monomer of the suspended three-dimensional elastic filler is made. The filler can be spread in an all-round and three-dimensional manner in the effective area, so that the air, water and biofilm can be fully mixed and contacted

exchanged. The biofilm can not only be evenly implanted on each wire, maintain good activity and gap variability,

but also obtain a larger and larger specific surface area during operation, and can also carry out good metabolism. This

feature and phenomenon are incomparable to other fillers in China.
