Aerator

The TPB variable microporous aerator is designed to be slightly spherical, which can increase the air supply and service area. It uses ABS engineering plastic as the main body. The diaphragm has a special imported rubber (EPDM) with corrosion resistance on the surface, which is made through special processing. The diaphragm holes are made with imported laser knife to ensure the quality and accuracy of the holes.

When the aerator is aerating, four air delivery grooves are designed on the main plate, so that the incoming air is directly sent to the aeration head after being buffered by the check valve, and the center ensures that the diaphragm can be easily opened with low resistance at one time. The diaphragm is mechanically assembled with ribbed anti-locking to ensure that the diaphragm will never fall off.

The TGF type liftable tubular aerator is designed by gas riser and various tubular variable microporous aerators. The gas riser is made of: SS304, carbon steel welded pipe and ABS pipe. The diaphragm is made of composite material, silicone rubber material or EPDM material, which has the characteristics of heat resistance, ozone resistance, weather resistance and good chemical stability. The micropores of the membrane are opened by laser, which ensures the quality and precision of the holes and will not tear. All pipeline equipment of the lifting aerator are on the pool, which changes the history of bottom aeration and equipment fixed on the bottom of the pool. Any maintenance is solved on the pool, and maintenance is not in the drainage.

It has the advantages of simple structure, high oxygen utilization rate, reliable performance, pores not easy to be blocked, sewage does not backflow, circumferential force uniformity, long life, convenient installation and maintenance, and low system price.

During aeration, the pressurized air enters the air guide pipe and the air guide groove from the air distribution branch pipe through the air supply pipe through the air transmission riser, forming an annular air chamber between the aeration membrane tube and the support body, so that the aeration membrane tube bulges, and the air can be aerated to the water body through the micropores on the membrane tube. When the air supply is stopped, the membrane tube elastically shrinks and hugs the support body, and the micropores also close with the rebound and shrinkage, preventing the water body from flowing back into the air tank.

XBF type suspension chain mobile aerator is a new type of oxygen-enhancing aerator developed by our company after years of hard work and on the basis of absorbing the advantages of many similar products abroad. It is the core equipment of the world's most advanced pollution control process-the improved A/O process (activated sludge biochemical process). It effectively acts on all parts of the aeration tank, supplies oxygen evenly and has low energy consumption.

The suspension chain mobile aerator consists of three parts: aerator, suspension key, and water surface oxygen pipeline.

Application

In the treatment of various industrial wastewater and domestic sewage, it is an air releaser that increases the dissolved oxygen content in the water during the biochemical treatment stage. It is mainly divided into disc microporous aerator (aeration disc), tube microporous aerator (aeration tube), and paddle aerator.

How it works

The aeration fan passes high-pressure air into the aerator through the aeration pipe, and the aeration membrane releases the air into tiny bubbles through the high pressure, thereby improving the air utilization rate.
