The fiber disc filter is a filtration equipment for deep sewage treatment. This technology has the advantages of good treatment effect, high effluent quality, and stable equipment operation. It is mainly used for municipal sewage treatment plant standard improvement, water reuse, ultrafiltration treatment, power plant circulating water and sewage treatment, steel power plant cooling water treatment, papermaking and dyeing industry water or other sewage treatment. The purpose is to remove total suspended solids. Combined with the addition of chemicals, nitrogen and phosphorus can be removed, and most heavy metals can also be removed. Combined with bottom aeration, the effect is better.
Filter media: PE wool filter cloth and 316L filter cloth.
Water inlet mode: inside in and out and outside in and inside out. Head loss is 0.05 ~ 0.2m.
Installation mode: full immersion and semi-immersion.
Control mode: local PLC + manual and DCS + local manual. All are unattended all day and run continuously
