Fluidized Bed Filler

Comet fiber filter media is a filter medium that is very different from traditional quartz sand filter media. It has the characteristics of high filtration speed and self-adaptation. In particular, it can rotate automatically inside the filter bed, which greatly improves the backwashing accuracy. The porosity distribution of the filter bed formed by this filter media is close to the structure of the ideal filter media. The porosity distribution on the cross section (horizontal) of the filter bed is uniform, ensuring the consistency of the size of the water flow channel during filtration. The direct effect is that the interception amount is uniform and the water flow short-circuiting phenomenon is avoided. The porosity distribution on the longitudinal section (vertical) of the filter bed gradually decreases from top to bottom, and the porosity is distributed in a gradient distribution along the longitudinal section of the filter bed, with the porosity being larger at the top and smaller at the bottom. This structure is very conducive to the effective separation of suspended solids in water, that is, the particles desorbed from the upper part of the filter bed are easily captured and retained in the filter bed with narrow channels at the bottom. Therefore, the new fiber filter media can achieve high-speed and high-precision filtration.

Features

1. High filtration accuracy. The removal rate of suspended solids in water can be close to 100%. After good coagulation treatment, the treated water has an inlet of 10mg/L and an outlet of less than 3mg/L; 

2. Large sewage interception capacity, generally 15-35kg/m3; 

3. Strong adjustability, and parameters such as filtration accuracy, sewage interception capacity, and filtration resistance can be adjusted as needed; 

4. Small footprint, accounting for 1/3-1/2 of traditional filter tanks; 

5. The unit cost is lower than that of traditional quartz sand filter tanks; 6. No need to frequently replace the filter material, and the service life of the filter material is more than 5 years.
