Tubular static mixer

The JGH series tubular static mixer is a highly efficient, low-energy pipeline spiral mixing device. It is simple in structure and small in footprint. It is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics and offers advantages such as easy fabrication, durability and corrosion resistance. It is highly effective in the fields of water supply and drainage as well as environmental protection engineering for the dosing of various coagulants, coagulant aids, ozone, liquid chlorine and acid-base neutralization, as well as gas-water mixing. It significantly improves water treatment efficiency while reducing energy consumption, offering substantial economic benefits.

This equipment generally consists of three sections (the number of sections can also be increased based on the properties of the mixed medium). Each section of the mixer is equipped with a fixed spiral blade twisted at 180°, available in both left-handed and right-handed configurations. The screw blades in adjacent sections rotate in opposite directions and are offset by 90°. To facilitate the installation of the screw blades, the cylinder is divided into two semi-circular parts, connected at both ends with flanges. The seams between the cylinder sections are bonded with epoxy resin to ensure sealing requirements. The screw blades of the mixer remain stationary, while only the materials or media being mixed move. As fluids pass through, the mixer generates a pressure drop without requiring external energy.
