The micro-vortex clarifier is a high-speed integrated reaction sedimentation/concentration tank. Through micro-vortex coagulation and three-dimensional contact flocculation, it fully utilizes the coagulation space, coagulation energy and floc activity, greatly improving the coagulation reaction efficiency. This process can significantly improve the effluent quality, shorten the reaction time, reduce the consumption of coagulants, and is simple to construct, stable in operation, and easy to maintain. The micro-vortex high-density clarifier is mainly composed of a fast vortex reaction tank, a slow vortex reaction tank, a pre-sedimentation-concentration tank, an inclined tube separation zone, etc., and adopts a unique integrated reaction zone design. 5. The high-efficiency inclined tube sedimentation zone with advanced technology is adopted. The rising speed of the sedimentation zone can reach 20~40m/h, and the dense alum flowers are well precipitated here;
