The WLYZ series shaftless screw conveyor and press integrated machine is a novel equipment in sewage treatment processes that combines conveying, compression and recycling functions. Designed to work with grilled sewage cleaner, it processes materials discharged from the grilled sewage cleaner through dehydration and compression before directing them into the receiving hopper.
The shaftless screw conveyor and press integration machine is mainly composed of components such as the driving unit, casing, shaftless screw blade and return water pipe. The drive unit connects to the casing to rotate the screw blade. When materials enter the screw trough, they undergo dehydration and pressing processes. The compressed solids are discharged into the receiving hopper, while the extracted water flows back to the inlet sump through the return water pipe.
