Fiber energy-saving filter

XGLF high-efficiency fiber energy-saving filter uses bundled fiber (or fiber section) as the filter material of the filter. The diameter of the bundled fiber ranges from a few microns to tens of microns. It has the characteristics of large specific surface area, strong adsorption capacity, and small filtration resistance. It solves the problem that the filtration efficiency and accuracy of granular filter material are limited by the particle size of the filter material and the large filtration resistance, and greatly improves the filtration accuracy, filtration efficiency and pollution interception capacity. An adjustment device that can change the fiber density is provided at the upper end of the filter. When the equipment is filtering, the raw water passes through the filter layer from top to bottom, and the fiber adjustment device compresses the fiber downward. The fiber density gradually increases along the direction of the water flow, and the gap of the filter material gradually decreases along the direction of the water flow, thereby achieving deep filtration. When the filter material is blocked, the fiber density adjustment device automatically straightens the fiber and puts it in a relaxed state, and air and water can be used for joint backwashing. XGLF high-efficiency fiber energy-saving filter uses organic polymer material-fiber section filter material as the filter element. The fiber section length is 35~40mm, and the bundle section diameter is 3.8~4.0mm. It belongs to the micron-level filter material, with a huge specific surface area. The maximum diameter of the single fiber is only 50 microns. The specific surface area of the fiber section filter layer is about 80000m2/m3, and the filtration rate can reach 45 meters/h.

Parameter characteristics when using fiber section filter material

1. Fast filtration speed: generally 30m-40m/h, which is 3-4 times that of quartz sand filter.

2. High filtration accuracy: when the suspended solids of the influent after coagulation treatment are ≤20mg/l, the suspended solids of the filtered water are ≤3mg/l; when the suspended solids of the influent are ≤150mg/l, the suspended solids of the filtered water are ≤15mg/l.

3. Small filtration resistance and energy saving: when the filtration speed is 30m/h, the initial pressure drop is about

0.02Mpa.

4. Small equipment volume: The equipment volume is about 0.3 times that of the quartz sand filter with the same water filtration volume.

5. Large sewage interception capacity: The sewage interception capacity of the equipment is 6-10kg/m3 (filter material).
