Operating Principle Of Automatic Backwash Water Purifier

integrated industrial water purification equipment combines nine functions: flocculation, reaction, sedimentation, wastewater discharge, backwashing, sludge thickening, and filtration.

Step 1: Coagulation and Flocculation 

The coagulant mixes with the influent, causing a chemical reaction that forms large flocs through eddies and turbulence, ensuring impurities are integrated with the coagulant.

Step 2: Inclined Plate Settling 

Flocs slide down the inclined plate and settle in the sludge collection area, assisted by hydraulic pressure and natural sedimentation.

Step 3: Filtration and Clean Water Collection 

Settled water enters the filtration zone, passes through top-down filtration, and flows into the clean water zone via pipeline, where it is sent for further treatment.

Step 4: Automatic Siphon Backwash 

The siphon backwash device starts automatically when filtration resistance increases, requiring no manual intervention.
